Set up notifications
To access notification setup, click My account in the upper righthand corner.
Notification settings
Enabling notifications in your dashboard will generate an email when chargers are experiencing certain types of issues:
- When a deployed charger goes offline and remains continuously offline for 15 minutes
- When a deployed charger goes offline and disconnects 5 times over a continuous 12 hour period
- When a deployed charger reports faults
Notification settings can be set for:
- All chargers in a dashboard
- All chargers in a given location
- Individual chargers
When selected chargers meet the criteria for generating a notification email, you will receive an email with the Display ID(s), Location(s), Issue(s), and Charger Status(es).
