Navigating the ChargeLab CSMS
Site host dashboard: Overview: The Overview page is the landing page of the ChargeLab CSMS.
Add a new location
Site host dashboard: Add a location: Navigate to the Company tab. Click Add location and proceed to enter the location's information.
Edit a location
Site host dashboard: Edit a location: Navigate to the Company tab. Select the triple dot icon on the right-hand side of the location you would like to edit. Click Edit Location and proceed to change the details from the popup window.
Add new chargers to my dashboard
Site host dashboard: Adding Chargers: You can add and organize new chargers directly from the Chargers page within your dashboard. To add chargers, click the Add chargers button near the top right of the main Chargers page.
Edit an EV charger’s description/details
Site host dashboard: Charger Details: In charger details, you may change the Display ID, Manufacturer, Model, and Location. The connector will change if you select a new Manufacturer and Model, and the address will change if you select a new Location. Editing the address of a Location must be done in the Company tab.
Add new fleet vehicles to my dashboard
Site host dashboard: Add a fleet vehicle: The vehicle management page allows you to add a vehicle to your dashboard.
Delete a charger
Site host dashboard: Delete a charger: The charger management menu allows you to delete a charger from your dashboard.
Set up power management
Site host dashboard: Set up power management: Presently, power management must be set up by ChargeLab working in conjunction with a certified electrician that is installing your EV chargers. You must prepare and submit your power managed location details to ChargeLab to get started.
